Shipping Time

- Shipping Time: Begins after processing and depends on the shipping method and destination.
Please note that our order cutoff time is based on PST. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods or promotional events.
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Delivery times combine both processing and shipping periods.

Tracking Your Package
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
- Check tracking status on our website.
- Carriers may take 5-7 business days to update tracking info. Contact support@tubo.pro if there are no updates after 10 business days.
Shipping Delays
- If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, contact us at support@tubo.pro for a full refund.
- Notify us of any unexpected delays so we can assist. We aim to respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery location thoroughly.
- Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
- If the issue persists, email support@tubo.pro.
Incorrect Addresses
- We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- Double-check your shipping details at checkout and notify support@tubo.pro immediately if there are any errors.
Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
- SAIGON ECOM LLC (DBA TUBO.PRO) is not liable for customs fees if the package is rejected or delivery fails after multiple attempts.
- We may cancel orders before fulfillment for operational or fraud-prevention reasons. If an order is canceled before fulfillment, we issue a full refund.
